Guest sentiment
A snapshot of what local diners frequently mention about this location.
"What a wonderful way to experience a cup of coffee. It felt like coffee in the jungle in your personal tree house. Absolutely loved the solitude. A group of 6 of us shared coffee and ice cream and stayed for about an hour. They have Luwak coffee and even a few Asian Palm Civets that make it for viewing. However they have plenty of fresh Arabica coffee as well. This is such a nice stop for a mid-day coffee stop. I'm not sure if I had a better coffee experience!"
"This coffee plantation is entrance FREE! A lovely guide took us through the entire plantation and explained the coffee-making process in detail. At the end of the tour, there’s a beautiful café and shop where you can try a wide variety of coffees, teas, and local snacks — and even buy some to take home. The staff are super friendly, and the view from the café is absolutely breathtaking. Definitely worth a visit!"
"Bali Pulina is a must-visit destination in Bali, offering a unique experience with free entry—only paying for the food and drinks you enjoy. We visited the place in month of September. The atmosphere is serene, surrounded by lush greenery, with an informative tour on the famous luwak coffee process. The staff explains the coffee-making process in detail, making it a great learning experience. I tried their coffee and tea samplers, which were flavorful and well-balanced, paired perfectly with crispy banana fritters (pisang goreng) served with palm sugar in a bamboo dipping cup—a delightful treat. The location also boasts a beautiful pool at the bottom, providing a tranquil space to relax and take in the scenic views. With its combination of culture, nature, and great food, Bali Pulina is definitely worth the visit!"
"Loved how they give you an insight on how the coffee bean is harvested. Also enjoyed how they showed the other plants, it was a real education. (Sorry no pics of those as i actually listened lol) At the cafe, you need to try the tasting platter ... and maybe some of the desserts :)"
"Many times send customers to this place and clients always said good things about this place. So I decide to take my friend from UK with her family from Medan to come for visit. To enjoy what a being tourist like. We arrived a bit late. 1 HR before they close. We gambling to stop as it otw to get back to villa. Place still open but no one greet us. We wondering around ourself then sit at the cafe. We order coffee set and tea, as well local Bali dessert. It was nice. My friend also bought few boxes of coffee to give presents to their family. It's good to come here in the morning for brunch or lunch time."
"What an amazing coffee plantation. You can try several choices ands teas that are home produced. There is no entry and the guides are absolutely very friendly. Much better than any touristic plantations"
"Totally must see place! We didnt know what to expect, but the lady that welcomed us and did the tour with us was so lovely and nice! We were so interested in everything and she helped us and answered every question! It was soo unique experience and the tour if for free and in the end there is like a little cafe where you can choose which products you wanna try and pay for that. But the prices are super okay! We got the tasting sets and also Luwak coffee and it was wholesome! And then after that there is a little shop where you can buy so many cute packages! Highly recommending this place! Thanks to everyone!"
"Nice place, not scamy or pushy with selling you coffee. The nice girl at the front took us for a short tour showing how the coffee beans are made. Then the cafe with the food and tasting samples. All decently priced. And there's a nice forest view while enjoying the food. Would recommend"
